Day 1 (11/11)

  1. Sydney Opera House

📸 A 5-minute walk from Circular Quay station. Book a guided tour ahead if you want to see inside; the outside steps are best around sunset.

  2. 🟢 Close by (0.8km)

    Royal Botanic Garden

🚶 Right next to the Opera House, so it is easy to walk on. Mrs Macquarie's Chair gives a view of both the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.

Day 2 (11/12)

  1. The Rocks

🚶 The old laneway quarter west of Circular Quay. A street market runs on weekends, and the stairs up to the Harbour Bridge walkway are nearby.

  2. 🟡 A bit far (1.2km)

    Darling Harbour

🍽️ About 10 minutes' walk from Town Hall station, with plenty of waterfront places for dinner.

  3. 🟢 Close by (0.9km)

    Sydney Tower

🌅 Right in the city centre, so it fits easily between other stops. Go up around sunset on a clear day to see both daylight and city lights.

Day 3 (11/13)

  1. Bondi Beach

🚶 Take the bus from Bondi Junction station. The coastal walk to Coogee (about 6 km) starts at the south end — best done in the morning. Swim only between the red and yellow flags.

Day 4 (11/14)

  1. Manly Beach

🌅 The Manly ferry from Circular Quay takes about 30 minutes and passes the Opera House on the way. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the wharf along the shopping street.
